She believes that being in nature is healing and is passionate about health and wellness, as well as educating others on living a low-toxin life. Nearly 11 years ago, she faced numerous health problems and constant fatigue. A friend introduced her to an online wellness store, leading her to swap to better products and remove common toxins from her home. She began taking supplements that were quickly absorbed into her system, resulting in a noticeable improvement in her energy levels and overall health.

Her mission is to raise awareness about common toxins and empower others to aspire to greatness. She helps people enhance their lives by building something lasting that brings freedom and joy.
